Board of Variance

Mandate: The Board of Variance considers appeals for minor variance to the Zoning Bylaw and rules on appeal applications as set out in Section 899 of the Local Government Act. 

The Board is made up of three members who are appointed by Council. Questions regarding the Board of Variance may be directed to the Building Department at 604.815.5011 or to the Board of Variance Secretary at 604.815.5023.

Schedule: Meets the third Wednesday of the month as required.
