Budget E-Town Hall announced; Draft 2014 budget now available

The District of Squamish 2014 Financial Planning process continues following extensive debate at the Council table regarding 2014 service level changes. Community input is still welcome! Please weigh in.

E-TOWN HALL

District of Squamish Council invites the community to an E-Town Hall meeting to hear a 2014 budget overview presentation, and offer comments and/or questions to Council.

The format will allow for comments and questions to be heard from those in attendance at the meeting, as well as those viewing from home.

Questions and comments can be submitted electronically or by phone during the meeting:

Location: Council Chambers, Municipal Hall, or via live webstream at www.squamish.ca

*District staff are preparing a four-page overview document to be provided in advance of the E-Town Hall, aiming to provide a snapshot of the 2014 budget. Targeted release date - March 5, 2014.
