Diamond Head Rd Bus Pullout and Sidewalk
Location: South end of Diamond Head Road by Mamquam Road
Project details: This project will provide improved access to the bus stop and to allow buses to pull off the road while waiting at this timed bus stop. The work includes a bus pull out, bus shelter pad and a sidewalk extension from Mamquam road of approximately 60 metres.
Impacts: Please expect single lane alternating traffic during construction. This work will be followed by paving of Diamond Head Road.
Timeline: through end of July
Discovery Trail Upgrades through Dentville
Location: Approximately 600 metres along River Road.
Project details: A multi-walk pathway will be constructed to improve access and safety along this section of the Discovery Trail in Dentville. This will be a separated, paved, 3-metre wide trail
Impacts: Please expect some trail closures and single lane alternating traffic during construction.
Timeline: August to September
